2nd attempt at pineapple tarts!
This time round I made closed tarts so that the pineapple filling wouldn't turn out too dry and gummy-like
And the outcome was great!
The pineapple tarts were crumbly and super soft! Just like it's supposed to be. IT'S REALLY GOOD!
