It's sad to say but today was uneventful. No outings :( 

So... 

I baked CNY peanut cookies! I went to buy peanuts from NTUC.

According to my mom, peanuts cannot be pounded, cos you'll end up getting peanut oil, so I had to use the pounder to roll and crush the peanuts.

... to form a dough. Nice and round.

Baking in the microwave. 

And it's done.

It's really brown. Maybe it's cos I used brown sugar. I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. It was soft and crumbly :) 

I'm starting to get bored.
